Commercial Lithographing Company, Inc. specializes
in producing high-efficiency and high-quality, guillotine-cut printed
products. Our facility is equipped with the most up-to-date cutting
equipment available in the industry.
The sophisticated computer-controlled Polar Autotrim cutters enable
us to guarantee cutting accuracy on the smallest of labels to ±1/64”.
Within a complete program cycle, the Polar Autotrim system controls
the advance, knife movement, waste removal and collection of labels
or other cut product. The system allows for much more economical cutting
and repeatable accuracy, cycle after cycle.
The Polar cutters are part of the Automatic Mega Polar Label Cutting
System. This system includes the Polar B-150 Transomat Loading System,
the in-line Polar Pressing Station, the in-line Polar Automatic/Manual
Two-Station Staging Table, the Polar Automatic Jogging and Delivery
System and the in-line Poly-Bander System. Bindery
As a full-service sheetfed lithographic printer, we provide a variety
of finishing methods required to meet our customers’ needs. We
provide all types of finishing through relationships with high quality
bindery and die cutting vendors in the Kansas City area.
